Returns

What is your return policy?

 

Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

 

       Your satisfaction with our products and services is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it within 30 days of receipt of shipment.

 

        Any returned item(s) for full credit MUST be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging. A full refund will be applied to your original purchase credit card for the price of the returned item(s). You are responsible for shipping charges incurred during the return process. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

 

        We recommend that your return shipment has a tracking number and adequate insurance. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items that resulted from your shipping or packaging methods for the return package.

 

Items returned (Not defective)

 

Please return product and copy of receipt within 30 days.  Product cannot be worn and MUST be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.

 

Items returned (Defective or Performance Reasons)

 

        Please contact our customer care department at 412687-3663 and ask to talk to one of our experienced representatives. One of our reps will try to resolve the issue over the phone. If your issue cannot be resolved over the phone, our reps will work with you to decide if you need a new item/refund or if you should send the item back to us for repair. If your product is going to be returned, you will need to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

 

        You must write the Return Authorization Number provided to you, in large text, on the outside of the packaging on a minimum of two sides. This will help avoid any delay in the process of your return.

        Footloose Shadyside will not accept returns after 30 days from the date the order was delivered. All returned items must be complete in the original packaging. Returned items must include all warranty cards, instructional manuals and associated pieces (if any). All returned items that have been used are subject to a 20%-80% restocking fee, depending on condition. Any free/promotional items that were associated with an order must accompany the return. Orders returned without free/promotional items will be subject to fees deemed appropriate by Footloose Shadyside. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with returned items. Footloose Shadyside will only issue a refund after a return has been received and reviewed. The amount refunded will reflect the original cost of the item minus shipping fees and fees associated with the return as stated above.

 

I received the wrong product

 

         Please call our customer care department at 412-687-3663 to report shipping errors within 3 days of package receipt. Everyone at Footloose Shadyside works hard to ensure order accuracy, but we are all human and mistakes do happen.

 

       You will be issued a return label for returning the incorrect item to us. We will ship out the correct item as soon as possible using the same shipping method chosen with the original order.
